Terms of Service

1. The service

Zenndy lets you build lead magnets and capture pages, deliver downloadable files, collect and manage leads, view analytics and publish a public link-in-bio profile. We may add, change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

2. Accounts

• You need a valid email address and must keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person or company per account; you may not resell access without our written agreement.

3. Plans, trials and billing

Zenndy offers a 7-day free trial and the paid Pro and Premium plans. Subscriptions are processed by Polar and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout and exclude taxes where applicable.

• You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose a plan; we do not charge you silently at the end of a trial.
• Refunds: if something on our side prevented you from using Zenndy, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the period in question. Renewals that were simply forgotten are not automatically refundable, but we always look at them case by case.
• Premium-only features (such as public profiles and dynamic page sections) stop being publicly visible if you downgrade, although your data is kept.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the files, texts, images and branding you upload. You grant Zenndy a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to run the service for you — for example to render your capture page or deliver your file to a lead.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you distribute through Zenndy and that your lead magnets do not infringe anyone else's intellectual property.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Zenndy to:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, pirated files or content that impersonates another brand or person.
• Collect contacts without a lawful basis, upload purchased lists, or send unsolicited bulk email using contacts captured on Zenndy.
• Publish sexual content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Run adult, gambling or high-risk financial offers without our prior written approval.
• Overload, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to bypass plan limits and security controls.

6. Your obligations towards your leads

You are the controller of the contacts you capture. You must disclose who you are, why you collect their data and how to unsubscribe, honour deletion requests, and keep your own legal pages up to date — Zenndy lets you create and attach them from Settings.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk for us, or fails to pay. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep Zenndy online but provide the service “as is”, without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless separately agreed in writing. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever we can.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenndy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Madrid, without affecting the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
